Coffee County Soccer is a independent nonprofit 501c3 recreational soccer program. Coffee County Soccer League is run by a member elected board of directors. CCSL does not receive tax payer funds or revenue. All funding for CCSL comes from cooperate sponsors and player fees. CCSL does work partnership with the Manchester Parks and Recreation Department to use and maintain the Coffee County Soccer Complex. Below is a link to all league by-laws.
